Richard Paloma is a retired police sergeant with over 28 years of experience in various facets of law enforcement. He was a detective assigned to investigations for a majority of his career in the East Bay and a police sergeant in the Central Valley. Rich has extensive experience in the areas of criminal and administrative investigations, identifying and gathering evidence, apprehending suspects, interviewing witnesses, victims and suspects, coordinating investigations, and testifying in court.

During his law enforcement career he was recognized for his investigative abilities by his own and outside agencies, insurance companies, and the courts.

As a Private Investigator, Rich has undertaken a variety of high-profile criminal defense investigations. These investigations revealed additional witnesses and evidence discovered which resulted in cases dismissed, charges reduced, and exoneration of cases in court.

He received his Bachelor's Degree with Honors from St Mary's College of Moraga CA.
